HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

When you click on an Order link for a product, you will be taken to a secure server where you will submit some personal information, i.e. billing and shipping addresses. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will submit your order for processing. You will then see a confirmation page.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I SUBMIT MY ORDER?

Our order fulfillment staff will review the information you have submitted and package your order. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and ship. All orders are sent out via DHL Ground or DHL Express. You will be able to track your order and you will not be required to sign for your package if you are not available at the time of delivery unless you choose Express Shipping.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICIES?

All information we collect (i.e. e-mail address, credit card numbers) is used only to fulfill our customer orders. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. We do not share any of your information with any other third parties.

Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported immediately.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES?

Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to our shipping department for fulfillment. Once your order has been processed, it will be filled and shipped within two to three business days. We will notify you only if there is a problem with your order. All orders are shipped via DHL Ground or DHL Express. An adult signature is required at time of delivery .

We are unable to ship to P.O. BOXES. There is a $15 charge for address changes once the order has been processed.

We are currently offering FREE DHL GROUND SHIPPING for all orders. If you would like to get your package quicker, you may select DHL Express Delivery. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse 2 to 3 business days after it is processed. Typically, orders are received within the next business day. Friday orders are received the following Monday. Back to Top

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?

Due to the tremendous demand for this product, we are unable to process cancellations once the order has left our distribution centers. Many of the products have been individually sealed for your protection, and for your protection, we would never reship a knapsack that has been tampered with by a previous owner.

Once the order process has begun, there may be a cancellation fee charged due to fees incurred from the credit card merchant account, product warehouse, shipping courier and/or distribution center. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us before placing your order.

We will never refund the cost of a product if the customer refuses a package upon delivery. Please note: There is a $15.00 fee for any order cancelled prior to shipment from our distribution center.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to the many inquiries about shipping our products overseas, we are now able to send many of our products overseas using DHL Worldwide Express. Shipping takes an average of 7 -10 business days. Some orders that are processed and mailed out for delivery may take up to 30 days.

To pay by Credit/Debit Card:
Simply select the product(s) you wish to purchase. Once you've hit the "checkout" button, you might be asked a couple of questions. Once you've answered those, select "Sign Up".

The system will take you to the Billing page for U.S. orders. If you want to place an International order, click on the "click here" link and you will be taken to the International Billing Page.

Important: All international customers, please remember that every country have their own formats for addresses, please enter your address as it would appear on a mailing label in your country.

Also, please include $49.99 for DHL Express Mail shipping in the total amount of your payment.

CUSTOMS / DUTIES FEES:

There are times that items are held by customs and there is an associated customs fee. We have no control over your country’s mailing policies, and can not take responsibility for any fee that may be attached to your package. Your shipping fee is only to cover the International Shipping and Handling costs. You may wish to check with your local post office before placing an order.

If your order is held by customs and it is returned to us, we will provide a full refund minus shipping and handling.
